ESRIS becomes ERP

The provision of information relating to the state of local natural risks which must to included in the appendix documents included with any compromise de vente (pre-sale agreement) or deed of sale, currently referred to as ESRIS, has been modified by adding a section relating to the potential zones producing ‘level 3 radon’. This is now entitled ERP covering - "State of risks and natural, mining or technological hazards, seismicity, radon potential and polluted soils", and this can be accessed through the following link: http://www.georisques.gouv.fr/sites/default/files/ial.pdf

Specifically, in terms of the potential for radon, based on a scale of 1-3, the town of Saint-Gervais Les-Bains is classified at the maximum level of 3.
