The responsibility for the payment of our fees rests with the vendor. VAT at the rate of 20% included.

On the selling price of the property, including agency fees.

For general sales contracts :

< at 200 000 € : 7,00 %, with a minimum fixed fee of 4 500 €
from 200 001 € to 500 000 € : 6,00 %
from 500 001 to 1 000 000 € : 5,50 %
> at 1 000 001 € : 5,00 %

For sales contracts as sole agent :

< at 200 000 € : 6,00 %, with a minimum fixed fee of 4 000 €
from 200 001 € to 500 000 € : 5,50 %
from 500 001 to 1 000 000 € : 5,00 %
> at 1 000 001 € : 4,50 %

Parking & garages : fixed fee of 1 500 € for each property.
