Our agency

Since the founding of our agency AGENCE DU LAY in 1994, we have always specialised solely in property sales. We have assisted in the sale of all types of property in the region, whether these be apartments, chalets, land, historic buildings or new build developments.

This specialisation of our agency enforces a strong motivation for us to successfully market those properties which we have in our portfolio, due to the very nature of our activity being entirely supported by the sales which we achieve.

Each employee of the agency has the formal certified status of "Real Estate Negotiator", and is able to manage the entire transaction process, from the initial valuation of a property up until the actual signature of the deed of sale.

We are committed to exercising our profession with passion, whilst respecting our values of transparency, confidentiality and integrity.
