Nant d'Armancette security work: summer break during the tourist season

he objectives set for this phase of work have been respected:

The earthworks of the dikes (right bank side the Rents and left bank side Cugnon) are completed except for small finishes;
Bedrock was laid;
The layout of the bed has been rectified;
The two thresholds in concreted rock were realized;
The downstream sector of the RD902 was floored;
The first phase of plant engineering work has been completed;
Excavation of excess excavation has continued.
As planned, the site will take a summer break during the tourist season and will resume in September 2019 for the end of the development.

For this last phase of work, the companies will finish the works (rockfill connection of the dam on the right bank, adjustment of the deposition area) and the revegetation of the structures.

For the record, this project is part of the PAPI (Flood Prevention Action Program) of the Arve, it is financially supported by the State and the Department of Haute-Savoie.
The rest of the amount committed is, for its part, borne by all inhabitants of the watershed under the GEMAPI competence. A competence engaged by Étienne JACQUET as part of his vice-presidencies at Sm3a and the community of communes Pays du Mont-Blanc.
